Install

Install the app from Shopify once it is approved, then complete OAuth and confirm the Shopify App Pricing plan.

Run first sync

Run product, inventory, sales, and risk sync from the Sync page. Product and inventory sync can run even if order access is not yet approved.

Understand risk score

Risk score combines stockout urgency, sales velocity percentile, revenue at risk, trend acceleration, and data quality warnings.

Use filters

Risk Radar supports product, SKU, vendor, risk level, location, days until stockout, revenue threshold, trend, untracked inventory, and missing SKU filters.

Export CSV

Create exports from Risk Radar or the Exports page and share the CSV with operations teams.

Privacy and deletion

Shopify privacy webhooks are supported. The app stores variant-level daily sales aggregates, not raw orders.
